It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Late Mr. Lekh Ram (Lekha) of Korovesi, Savusavu, who passed away peacefully on Friday, 26th June 2026, at 8:15 AM at Savusavu Hospital. He was the beloved son of late Mr. and Mrs. Shiu Charan, and a devoted father of late Mr. Neth Ram and late Master Jitendra Ram. Brother of Jai Kumari.
He was the loving father of Mrs. Lila Wati, Mrs. Parmila Wati, Mrs. Sushila Wati, and Mrs. Roshana Ram.
Loving kaka of Tula Ram ,Suresh Prasad and Hari Ram.
He was the cherished father-in-law of Urmila, Indar, Gyan, Tula, and Arvind, and a proud grandfather of Prasheel, Nikheel, Aman, Rahul, Prashant, Anusha, and Neeti. Great-grandfather of Dalisha and Anaysha.
As per the family's request, Labasa Funeral Services will provide a live stream beginning from Savusavu Hospital Morgue on Monday, 29th June 2026, at 8:45AM (Fiji Time), before proceeding to the family residence at Korovesi, Savusavu. The funeral procession will depart from the family residence at 12:15 PM and proceed to Savudrodro Cemetery, Savusavu, where the final burial service will take place at 1pm and Late Mr. Lekh Ram will be laid to eternal rest. With a very heavy heart we announce the passing away of our beloved brother Binu - a much loved son of Late Mr & Mrs Kalika Prasad, grandson of Late Mr & Mrs Fiji Lal, brother of Kamlesh, Jamuna, Dharmendra & Keshmi, dada, kaka and mama! We all pray for his beautiful and innocent soul to rest in peace and love!
The entire Kalika Prasad family and Fiji Lal clan have made very beautiful memories with Binu which will be cherished forever 🤍🕊️
