Memories from Le Mans Classic Legend... The 24 Hours of Le Mans is what first sparked Xavier Micheron’s passion for motorsport. So, every trip to the Le Mans circuit feels like a pilgrimage. Xavier spent a long time talking with Yves Courage, one of the legendary French figures of Le Mans, who developed a long line of prototypes that competed there from 1982 to 2007. They spoke about Le Mans and the Courage C52, which brilliantly finished the final race of the previous century... Unforgettable memories. Thank you, Monsieur Courage!

A fantastic Le Mans Classic Legend for Ascott Collection. 3rd overall in races 1 and 2, and 6th in the second race due to running out of fuel while the Courage C52 was in 3rd position.
In the end, we narrowly missed out on the podium, but we exceeded our goals! We had an unforgettable weekend, caught up with many friends, and shared our passion with the countless fans who turned out in huge numbers for this ‘modern’ Le Mans Classic. Outstanding car preparation by Scott Sport. A huge thank you to them, and especially to Steve!

Our 1999 COURAGE C52 NISSAN is back at Le Mans!
She’s back in her home country, where she finished sixth overall in 1999.
The goal is to at least match that performance at the Classic! After a qualifying session marred by an unstable rear end, the night session went remarkably well, with lap times getting closer to our targets! Come see us at Plateau 8 and enjoy this exceptional event!

Introduced in 2015, the Mercedes-AMG GT3 succeeded the SLS to become the new benchmark in Customer Racing. Built on the lightweight aluminum architecture of the AMG GT road car, it strategically retained the naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V8 from its predecessor, guaranteeing absolute reliability, controlled running costs, and a remarkable exhaust note.
From 2016, its on-track performance dominated endurance racing, securing a historic 1-2-3-4 finish at the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring, winning at Macau and Daytona, and claiming the Blancpain GT Series. Prior to the « Evo » era, this sporting supremacy was matched by a major commercial success, with approximately 130 examples produced between 2015 and 2019.

Among them, Ascott Collection is proud to offer for sale chassis 049 a unique, time-capsule example that has never been driven and remains in its pristine, as-delivered factory condition.

Designed by Graham Humfrys, this naturally aspirated prototype was campaigned in the 1991 World Sportscar Championship (WSC) by the semi-factory Euro Racing team. It immediately established itself as the ultimate alternative to the full-factory works teams:
Suzuka: 4th overall and the 1st naturally aspirated car home, finishing just behind the works Peugeot 905.
Monza & Silverstone: Top 5 world finishes, matching the lap times of the leading factory entries.
24 Hours of Le Mans: Qualified an impressive 3rd in class before retiring at the 6th hour.
Acquired via Ascott Collection in 2020, the car made a magisterial return to the track following a world-class restoration: securing a podium at the 2022 Dix Mille Tours du Castellet, followed by a victory at Mugello in 2023 against an elite field of Porsche 962s, Nissan R90s, and Jaguar XJRs. A tougher second race with gearbox issues toward the end... but in the end, we thoroughly enjoyed the Masters Group C and the Grand Prix de France Historique, which is truly a fantastic event. Superb organization and hospitality from Masters, who once again welcomed us with great generosity and camaraderie. Thank you, Fred and the whole team!

Superb first race of the season with the NISSAN R90CP. 🏆Finished P2 overall with a car perfectly prepared by , and Steve in particular. Racing in Group C is truly a unique experience. Early this morning, there was already a great crowd at Paul Ricard. The Grand Prix de France Historique is truly a fantastic event 👏
