Most of us flush it away without a second thought, but urine is a useful indicator of our health. Every trip to the toilet could give you valuable insight into your health; with urine it could be a change in colour, a change in how frequently or how urgently you need to go π½
Paying attention to these changes could help you act sooner. If you notice any changes in your p*e, see your GP.
We're proud to be supporting The Urology Foundation's campaign this Urology Awareness Month, challenging the stigma related to urinary health and raising awareness of key symptoms to look out for to get diagnosed quicker.
π£ The more awareness about bladder cancer, the better!
Big thank you to our wonderful volunteers, we feel truly blessed by your support. Thank you to everyone who turned up for cake, Tea or Coffee and a go on the tombola, we are ever so please to say we raised just over Β£900 in 2 hours. Thank you so much.

September is Urology Awareness Month, so let's get talking about urological health.
For us, that means raising awareness of the essential symptoms of bladder cancer. Blood in your p*e, pain when p*eing and a change in urgency or frequency of needing to p*e are some of the bladder cancer symptoms we want everyone to be aware of.
But we also know that conversations about toilet habits can feel embarrassing - and too many people delay a conversation with their GP, or a healthcare professional, because of this.
π£ So this month we want you to join in with the conversations and share your stories, to show that urological health is not a taboo topic. Let's work together to get urological cancers heard and given the attention they deserve.
