It was a piping challenge!
Old pipes damaged by UV. In order to dig them out of wall they disconnected inside house. Small confusion on checking this and we had a flood. However it was rectified by opening 2 holes in ceiling reconnecting pipes and making good the ceiling and lick of paint.

It was a big job, 2 rooms painted, a load of small fiddly jobs, fix a gutter, replace downpipe, reinstall fence, fill some holes in walls, xover ober some air vents with finer vents all to stop the mice and replace a radiator valve.

It's been a while posting recent work. Luckily because I've been flat out! Now taking bookings for week May 18.
That house had a few jobs, bath panel, loft clear out and new made from scratch loft hatch and a worktop extension in kitchen.
Also mounted a TV and put up some fixings on walls, repaired electric cupboard hinges. Phewwwww!

Hello folks.
From March I will be back on the tools full time.
So if you've got a few jobs lined up then give me a shout and we'll see what we can do.
After the weather we've had perhaps your patio needs to meet the business end of my new pressure washer or hedge needs a trim before the breeding season starts. And that room you've been meaning to get repainted before your summer visitors start arriving. However it might be just a wee job that's finally got to be sorted.
Anyway, I'm back and taking bookings from mid to late March.
Cheers
Peter

As it all screwed in can actually strip it right back if ever needed.
