Proper Banging Web Design

Seen the £99 website ads? So have we.

Here's what's usually behind them: a template on someone else's platform, £79 to £99 a month for as long as you want the site to exist, and no way to move it if you leave. Three years in, that "£99 website" has cost you two to four grand and you still don't own it.

Ours: £899 outright, or £79 a month for a year. Then it's yours. Plain code you can take anywhere, and a person in Newport who answers the phone.

Proof, not promises.

Sole Obsession is our own site, built on exactly the same hand-coded Firebase stack we sell to clients. Last 28 days from Google Search Console: 6,240 clicks, 38 keywords at number one, average position 4.4. Six months: 22,000+ clicks and 322 keywords on page one. No ads, no agency retainer.

That's what properly coded and properly indexed looks like. We build the same thing for tradesmen and small businesses across South Wales.

Most business websites in South Wales are doing more harm than good. Slow to load, painful on mobile, stuffed with plugins that serve the developer not the customer. We build hand-coded sites that are fast, clean, and built to convert — because your website should be your best salesperson, not your biggest embarrassment.

Your competitors are out here with hand-coded, lightning-fast websites while you're sat there waiting for seventeen plugins to load on a Tuesday morning. That's not a website. That's a liability. We build custom sites from scratch — no bloat, no WordPress nonsense, no excuses. Just clean code that ranks, converts, and actually works for your business.

Most business websites in South Wales are doing more harm than good. Slow to load, impossible to update, built on a platform held together with plugins and prayers. We build custom websites that actually convert visitors into paying customers — no bloat, no nonsense, no WordPress.

Your website is the first handshake most customers get with your business. If it's a sluggish WordPress site drowning in plugins, they're not waiting — they're gone. Back to Google. Straight to your competitor. We build custom sites from scratch. Fast, lean, and built to actually convert visitors into paying customers. No bloat. No guesswork. No rubbish.

Your website shouldn't need 47 plugins just to look half decent. WordPress is a bloated, slow, hackable mess and your customers are bouncing before they've even read a word. We hand-code every site from scratch — fast, secure, and built to rank. South Wales and Bristol businesses deserve better than a theme from 2014.

Most businesses in South Wales are handing customers to their competitors every single day. Not because of their prices. Not because of their service. Because their website looks like it was built in 2009 and loads like it's on dial-up. A custom-built site changes that. Fast, clean, built to convert — no bloated plugins, no cookie-cutter layouts, no WordPress drama.
