As a fast growing business Workbench is the ideal place to accommodate their needs.

Welcome to the community!

🔨 Behind the Scenes⚡️

Most people only ever see the finished result, but there's a lot that happens before we get there.

This project involved stripping everything back to expose the existing wiring and structure, allowing us to assess exactly what we're working with before carrying out the installation safely and correctly.

It's not always the glamorous side of electrical work, but it's one of the most important. Taking the time to do things properly from the start helps ensure the finished installation is safe, compliant, and built to last.

We're looking forward to sharing the transformation as this project progresses.

A recent project completed by Lightwork Electrical ⚡

We were proud to install a new defibrillator for a local charity, helping to make potentially life-saving equipment accessible to the community when it is needed most.

A defibrillator can make a critical difference during a cardiac emergency, and we're honoured to play a small part in supporting organisations that invest in the safety and wellbeing of others.

A huge thank you to the charity for choosing Lightwork Electrical to carry out the installation. It's always rewarding to work on projects that have a positive impact on the local community.

If you're looking to install a defibrillator at your workplace, community centre, sports club, or public venue, get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements.

Why Do We Carry Out an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is an important inspection that assesses the safety and condition of your property's electrical installation.

Over time, electrical systems can deteriorate due to age, wear and tear, damage, or previous poor workmanship. An EICR helps identify any faults, potential fire risks, electric shock hazards, or non-compliance with current electrical regulations.

An EICR can:
✔ Ensure your electrical installation is safe to use
✔ Identify any defects or deterioration
✔ Highlight potential fire and electric shock risks
✔ Help landlords meet their legal obligations
✔ Provide peace of mind for homeowners and businesses

Following the inspection, you'll receive a detailed report outlining any observations and recommendations, helping you keep your property safe and compliant.

Safety first – because electrical faults aren't always visible.

Another commercial project completed! ⚡✂️

We recently finished the electrical installation for this stylish new barber shop, helping bring the space together and ready for opening.

Our work included the power installation, sockets, switching, and final electrical connections throughout the shop, ensuring everything was installed safely, tested, and ready for day-to-day use. (The spotlight lighting was already in place before our work began.)

We're proud to support local businesses with reliable, high-quality electrical installations from start to finish.
