A look back at a busy one from the other day! We had a few different jobs on the go, juggling multiple vehicles and ECU unlocks.
VW Tiguan R-Line: Full AdBlue solution to bypass NOx sensor faults, plus a Stage 1 tune for extra power.
Peugeot MD1 ECU Unlock: Took this one over to Chris for a bench unlock.
VW Touareg: Knocked out a quick AdBlue fix for Chris while we waited on the Peugeot ECU.

Classic case of a job never just being one job! 🤦♂️
This Nissan NV400 went in for a clutch change, came out with reverse light issues, and once that was sorted, it threw up an anti-pollution / AdBlue failure with a 58-mile countdown to non-start.
We hooked up the AutoTuner, identified the ECU, flashed our custom AdBlue solution, and physically disconnected the module to make sure that countdown never comes back.
Full ignition cycle tested, clean dash, and another van kept working on the road instead of sitting in limp mode! 🚐💨

This Range Rover Evoque 2.2 came to us stuck in limp mode after another garage blanked the EGR and left the customer stranded. As a mobile service, we brought the bench gear right to them, wrestled with Land Rover's painful ECU placement, flashed it, and had it running right on the spot.
🚗 Audi A5 AdBlue Fix! 🔧
We went out to this Audi with a P20E800 fault code (Redundant Pressure Too Low).
Even though the AdBlue tank was sitting at 80% full, the system was throwing a tantrum. Instead of playing guessing games or throwing expensive parts at it, we went straight for a software solution:

We did not just give it a Stage 1 power and torque upgrade, we completely wiped out that annoying two second gearbox lag with a custom TCU tune. No more waiting around for the car to make a decision! 🚀

Well, that didn't last long! 😂
The switch from working on the 1.5 Peugeot BlueHDi to the Ford SID 211 lasted all of about a day before duty called. We were back on an emergency callout within the hour!
Both of these systems are notorious for giving drivers absolute nightmares with AdBlue faults. If you know, you know that stressful "No Start" countdown ticking away on your dashboard.
