On Monday, much of Scotland will be focused on one thing.

We'll be keeping an eye on the football too. While some businesses have decided to close, we remain open and available for our clients.

Not because we're asking our team to miss out, but because we believe flexibility should work both ways. Our people have the freedom to take annual leave when it suits them. That allows them to enjoy the occasions that matter most while we continue to provide the service our clients rely on.

Property management doesn't pause for match day. Neither does our commitment to the homeowners and developments we support across Scotland.

Whatever your plans are on Monday, enjoy them. And if you need us, we'll be here.

Last night, a major fire at one of the developments we manage reminded us of the importance of community. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and we are grateful to everyone involved in ensuring residents' safety.

Within an hour of being notified, three members of our team were on site offering support and assisting with alternative accommodation. Behind the scenes, other members of the team were coordinating our out-of-hours response and registering the insurance claim to help the recovery process begin as quickly as possible today.

While residents were unable to return to their homes, The Ripple Project stayed open, providing shelter from the pouring rain, hot drinks, and activities to keep children occupied during an uncertain and stressful time. Their kindness and willingness to help made a real difference to those affected. To recognise their support, we have made a donation to assist the valuable work they do within the local community.

A sincere thank you to the emergency services, our team members, the community hub, and everyone who came together to support residents during the incident.
