It's with great sadness that we learned this week of the death of Rona Nicolson. Many of you will remember her as a former Vice President and President of our Federation.
Rona was an enthusiastic member of the 'Rural' and will be greatly missed.
Our thoughts are with her family at this sad time.

I believe the Myre Carpark will be closed on the day of our first H&H meeting, Sat 3rd Oct. Please leave plenty of time to park and be aware that Home Bargains carpark has a 2 hour time limit.

Tarfside Institute had their first meeting of the session with some hands on flower arranging. Sharon led the demo and helped us along with some helpful tips.
Well, they were all so different but also beautiful. We had a great time trying out some new skills for many of us! Lots of chat and laughter.

If you like a nice bit of marmalade on your toast or a great slice of Dundee cake with your cuppie, then Angus members have the very thing!
Congratulations to Lynne Webster who was awarded very highly commended for her marmalade and Jennifer Simpson who was awarded 3rd prize for her Dundee cake at The Gathering last week.
Well done ladies, you've done us proud!

Please bring a raffle prize if possible.
All sounds like a fun afternoon!
