You just can’t beat a !!

Here’s a job we’ve been heavily involved in recently, from the design stage and now right up to the fabrication stage we’ve been there!

Keep an eye out for more updates on this awesome project as it advances!

Just received delivery of our new machine, a Daihen robotic welder…

Feel free to get in contact about any repeat/batch subcon welding jobs you may have as we set it up in the next few weeks!

A modification to the chassis lorry body we did a while back.

Chassis was cut and modified with channels welded in to let it be lifted on and off with a telehandler.
This means it is a lot easier set on and off the lorry and can also be shifted around the yard without having to go through the process of setting it on and off the lorry.

A quick job we had through recently, a custom slurry catch tank for a trailer.

Before, during and after of a job carried out to a Stewart grain trailer as part of a conversion to a silage trailer.

Grass was getting stuck in the trailer while tipped as the grain trailer door would not open high enough, we were able to remake the sides of the door and move the pivot point of the door back by 600mm to allow more clearance for the grass to excape without getting stuck.
