Unity Day is nearly here! 💛

If you're free, we'd love to see you down on the park. Even if you can only spare 30 minutes, every pair of hands makes a huge difference.

📍 We'll be on the Old Bowling Green in the middle of Woodhouse Moor.

Today (Thursday): Anytime between 2:00pm and 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am onwards (until late) helping the site team Load-in and Set-up

We'll be:

Setting up the event infrastructure
Creating the last of the signage
Getting everything ready for Saturday

We've got A1 card, Posca pens, Sharpies, plenty of materials, and lots of smiles, just bring yourself (and your creativity if you'd like to help with the signs).

It's also a great opportunity to meet your fellow volunteers, have a chat, and ask any last-minute questions about your role or the event logistics.

Friday 9:00–10:00am: We'll be putting up a marquee. If you have steel toe-cap boots and can lend a hand with some of the heavier work, we'd really appreciate it.

Unity Day is nearly upon us!

Would you be available to help with stewarding or other volunteer roles this coming weekend?

If you’re able to lend a hand, the best way to get involved is to pop down to Woodhouse Moor during setup:

* Thursday (30th July) – from 2:00pm until 7:00pm
* Friday (31st July) – anytime until 7:00pm

We’ll be making signage, setting up the site, decorating the park and getting everything ready for Saturday. It’s a great opportunity to meet the team, get involved before the event, and choose a volunteer role or shift that suits you.

This year we have again the amazing market area with loads of talented makers & bakers. Kids area with loads of activities, community area, food court, band tent, dog show, djs and lots more!!

We're looking for volunteers for various roles and shifts, including;
Thu 30th July - Prep and set up day
Fri 31st July - Set up day
Sat 1st August - Unity Day 2026
Inc break/derig/loadout & after parties
Sun 2nd August - derig/load out
Mon 3rd August - tidying up & litter picking
