June had me doing a lots of models, the horse was as the most challenging. Made using rkt, supported by foam core and covered in ganache and then black fondant……. in the heat of summer 🤪. The teddy & spa baths are chocolate orange. Lots of fun.

Not the best picture as these were for a cupcake bouquet that was ordered for whilst I was away. The cupcakes were decorated, boxed and frozen and the bouquet structure was prepared ready for the “flowers” to be popped in on the actual birthday

Isabelle has turned 6 and to celebrate she wanted a make-up cake to show off and share at her party. A vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and buttercream was the flavour of choice.

This was done as a thank you gift, ordered by my brother. This one is made using a chocolate orange but could be made with either sponge cake or chocolate biscuit cake. So if you want to say happy birthday, well done, thankyou or I love you with a sweet treat, message me now
