I just love creating miniature versions of things so I had a lot of fun doing these cupcakes to include favourite things from a student life. Cupcakes are perfect to tell the story, as well as being delicious

Throwback Thursday. I have lots of unposted cakes just waiting for their turn in the spotlight. This was fun to do and the newly turned 10 year old loved it.

A cute cake for Aliza who turned 2 this weekend. I love doing 2d pictures, hand drawn & cut from sugarpaste and building up the picture, it’s a lot more time consuming than edible prints obviously, but the effect is a lot better

The second of the car cakes made last week. This was for a car enthusiast who is hoping for the real thing one day…….. until then, he enjoyed the edible variety

I had 2 car cake orders within the same week. This first one was an old style Jag (I think an XJ6). Made by carving out vanilla sponge (with the usual jam & buttercream filling), covered with chocolate ganache then sugarpaste. The windows are edible icing sheets and the headlights have working mini led lights with isomalt lens cap
