This makes my heart sing and brings tears to my eyes......

"My neurodiverse little boy attended all four Rise summer yoga sessions and had such a great time.

His engagement with group activities can be quite short term, but to see how much he joined in by the end of the 4th session was such a joy. Debs creates a safe space where children can be themselves, inviting them but not pressuring them to take part and very much taking the children's lead.

Debs' kindness and understanding gives me and my child the confidence to attend these sessions knowing he gets so much from them and makes progress at his pace. Can't wait for the next sessions!"

On sessions 3 & 4 his words were "I love yoga" and "please can you play that music again" (whilst laying in savasana) ❤️

What a fabulous summer we have had.

So wonderful to share our first summer sessions with such lovely families.

Every session was unique, every session was dynamic and all was welcome.

Thank you to those who came along and shared their energy, enthusiasm and creativity - kids and adults alike.

"These sessions have given me and my child a safe and nurturing space to move, play, communicate and connect with others. My child is extremely pressure sensitive and feels threatened by too many demands or the feeling that he cannot meet other people's expectations, however in these sessions he has been able to relax and participate at his own level. This is mainly due to Debs' teaching style which is calm, nurturing and playful. Thank you Debs."
