Why wait for a platform payout when you can receive your money directly from the passenger?
With Cash Direct, the passenger pays you at the start or end of the ride. The price is locked at booking, so you know how much you’ll receive.
Payment can be made in whatever way works for both of you:
• cash
• QR code
• tag
• bank card
• bank transfer
How does it work?
There’s nothing extra to set up. If the passenger chooses Cash Direct, a special mark will automatically appear on the order card.
Cash Direct is being rolled out country by country. If it isn’t available in your area yet and you’re interested, contact your manager.
💡 Tip: Offer a competitive price to win more requests — and get paid directly on the ride day.

🚗 Meet the smallest Mercedes-Benz ever built.
Long before compact city cars became popular, Mercedes-Benz introduced the NAFA concept in the 1980s—a tiny vehicle designed specifically for urban mobility.
Measuring just 2.5 meters in length, the two-seater featured several innovative ideas for its time, including four-wheel steering, sliding doors, and folding mirrors to make driving and parking in busy cities easier.
The NAFA never reached production because it couldn't meet Mercedes-Benz's strict safety standards. However, the concept helped shape the brand's vision for compact urban transportation and inspired future models such as the A-Class and Smart.
Sometimes, the biggest ideas come in the smallest packages. 🚘

What if $1,000 could become $1,300 — or even $1,500 — on GetTransfer? 📈
That’s the idea behind Commission Credit.
You can convert your payout balance or top up your account and receive additional Commission Credit:
$1,000 from your payout balance → $1,300 Commission Credit
$1,000 account top-up → $1,500 Commission Credit
The credit then pays your commission for you. So if you offer a ride for $50, you receive the full $50 — the commission is deducted from your Commission Credit instead.
There are two ways to get Commission Credit:
🔸Convert your payout balance at a 1 : 1.3 rate
🔸 Top up your account at a 1 : 1.5 rate
You can also combine both methods.
And there’s more: rides paid with Commission Credit receive an additional 3% commission discount.
Your Commission Credit doesn’t expire, so you can use it at your own pace.
More value from your balance. More of your offered price stays with you. 🧡

Starting September 1, 2026, GetTransfer introduces a new commission system that rewards monthly activity.
The idea is simple: the more rides you successfully complete, the lower your commission can become.
Your commission starts from the base rate set for your country and is then reduced based on the number of rides you complete per month.
Commission is recalculated at the beginning of every calendar month based on the rides you successfully completed during the previous month.
More completed rides can mean a better commission rate for the next month.
Stay active. Complete more rides. Unlock better conditions.

📸 Your car photos are often the first thing passengers notice.
A great first impression starts before the ride even begins. Clear, high-quality photos help travelers understand what to expect and make it easier to choose your offer.
Here are a few simple tips:
✨ Wash your vehicle before taking photos.
☀️ Shoot in natural daylight for the most accurate colors.
🧹 Keep both the exterior and interior clean and clutter-free.
📷 Capture the front, rear, side profile, dashboard, seats, and luggage space.
🚫 Avoid heavy filters, screenshots, or blurry images.
A complete, professional-looking gallery helps passengers book with confidence.
🚘 Take a few minutes to refresh your photos—it can make all the difference.

Good communication is one of the easiest ways for drivers to improve the passenger experience 🚘🌍
Even a few basic phrases can make airport pickups smoother, reduce confusion, and help travelers feel more comfortable after a long flight. ✈️
Most useful languages for international transfers:
✔️ English — the global standard for travel
✔️ Spanish — widely spoken by tourists worldwide
✔️ Arabic — increasingly common among premium travelers
✔️ Chinese — important for business and group travel
Sometimes great service starts with a simple “Welcome” in the passenger’s language.

Behind every smooth journey is a driver who keeps everything moving. ✈️🚘
Not every passenger remembers the car.
But they remember punctuality, confidence, and the feeling of arriving without stress.
Professional drivers don’t just follow the route — they shape the travel experience.

How to handle conflict with a passenger professionally 🚘
✔️ Stay calm — passengers often mirror the driver’s tone
✔️ Listen first and let the person explain the issue
✔️ Acknowledge frustration: a simple “I understand” can quickly reduce tension
✔️ Focus on solutions, not on proving who is right
✔️ Confirm key details clearly: pickup point, route, luggage, waiting time
✔️ Never take complaints personally
✔️ If the situation escalates, contact support instead of arguing
Professional communication is often what passengers remember most after the ride.
