A little look at what our Partnerships Team gets up to behind the scenes… 🎬

The partnerships team came together for an Adaptive Selling session, led by our Senior Partnerships Coordinator, Ally! 🙌

The session focused on customer centricity and how we can make sure the schools we work with are always at the heart of our conversations.

For us, partnerships aren't about simply making a sale. They're about listening, understanding each school's individual needs and finding solutions that genuinely work for them.

Our approach is simple:

A brilliant session with plenty of discussion, learning and ideas to take forward - and a great example of the work that goes on behind the scenes to make sure we're continually improving how we support our school partners.

The Grad2Teach Level 4 pathway is designed to do exactly that.

Through Fundamentals → Applied → Advanced, trainees progressively build their classroom knowledge, confidence and responsibility – turning potential into practical experience.

🎉 FANTASTIC FRIDAY: A NEW ROUTE INTO TEACHING! 🎓

We’ve got some very exciting news to share this Fantastic Friday!

🌟 Grad2Teach is now offering the Teacher Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with (NITE) part of Coventry University 🌟

This exciting school-based route gives aspiring teachers the opportunity to earn a degree and achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while working and earning in a school.

📚 Available pathways include:
Primary Education
🍎 Primary 3–7
📖 Primary 5–11
🌱 Early Years (school nursery placement required)

Secondary Education
📝 English
➗ Mathematics
🏃 Physical Education
🇪🇸 Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish)

The apprenticeship combines four days in school with one day of off-the-job training, giving apprentices the opportunity to develop their knowledge alongside real classroom experience.

For schools, it’s another exciting way to bring new talent into teaching and support the next generation of qualified teachers.

We’re incredibly excited to be working with NITE and Coventry University to offer this new route through Grad2Teach. 💙

Grad2Teach’s Assessment Only Route is designed for experienced unqualified teachers who are already demonstrating strong classroom practice and are ready to work towards QTS without starting again from scratch.

With structured training, fortnightly study groups, portfolio guidance and ongoing support, our approach is designed to help trainees build evidence, refine their practice and prepare confidently for assessment - while continuing to work in school

And we’re proud to share that Grad2Teach has a 100% pass rate for our Assessment Only trainee teachers. 🙌

👩‍🏫 For trainees, it’s a supported route to QTS.
🏫 For schools, it’s a way to develop and retain experienced staff already making an impact in the classroom.
