Produced in partnership with the organic farm Prunotto Mariangela in Piemonte, alongside our trusted supplier Carnevale and Luigi, these handcrafted products are made using traditional organic farming principles, without the use of chemicals, helping to preserve their natural flavour and nutritional qualities.

With over 150 years of heritage, Prunotto Mariangela continues to celebrate authentic Italian food and craftsmanship in every jar.

This month we're pairing our “Insalata di Mare” Seafood Salad with a beautifully balanced Ciro from Ippolito - a wonderful new addition to our wine collection as we begin sourcing wines from Calabria, in the deep south of Italy.

Founded over 170 years ago, Ippolito is the oldest vineyard in Calabria, located in the historic centre of Cirò Marina near the Ionian Sea. Known for producing high-quality wines using traditional Calabrian grapes, the vineyard’s mission is centred around preserving tradition and enhancing ancient vines.
