Happy Saturday!!
Happy to receive another lovely review from one of my patients who I’ve been working with head to toe for various issues.

Colchester: British 6hr Endurance Skate 2026 [10May2026]

Wonderful day skating alongside some of my skating friends from ESS/London/Le Mans. Such as pleasure to share days like today with you all 🥰❤️‍🔥 Amazing what many of you have achieved and are capable of (some skating from 10am-4pm with very little or no rest).

I’m happy with what I did as a newbie doing solo. I anticipated ~26laps having not done much practicing since Le Mans last year. Ended up with 31 laps, with plenty of rests to ensure I don’t completely break myself. Annoyed how my watch didn’t capture the full 6hrs, despite running for 6hrs.

Have been given permission from my patient I had today to share her lovely feedback/comment.

Melted my heart and I think it’s the first time I’m been described as better than paracetamol and diazepam - though I really can’t always guarantee the effects of treatment, this was wonderful to read from someone with fibromyalgia.

❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Those who know me, knows I’m more a skater than a runner. But breathing mechanics and the quality of the breath is so important and applicable to many activities and non-activities in life, it’s good to learn more from others/specialists in the field. Was great to meet, learn and jog with

For a non-avid runner/jogger I decided I’ve earnt a mini chocolate treat when I got home for integrating the breathing exercise with jogging around Covent Garden piazza a few times this morning 🥰

Thank you to another wonderful patient who entrusted me in working with her. Even I was fascinated by how her body responded!
Grateful to be able to help people (almost) every day 🙏🏻

After whole day yesterday dealing with course work it’s a relief to complete and get it done and dusted. To be greeted with a rare spring(ish) sunny day was very welcome for some skate practice.

Gone down to smaller wheels to improve my technique which was getting lazier and worsening. Really felt a difference with the quads and glutes training 🦵

Between end of January and February I went on 3 wonderful courses with the amazing team from (also Jean Pierre Barral himself!) and yet again feel I’ve levelled up again. Whilst doing so this time feel like the work, practically head to toe on each other during the courses, have given my body a much needed reset. So for the past couple of weeks, whilst working, have been trying to readjust and listen to my body more.

Some of the work on me was from my study colleagues and others on myself. The release of chronic emotional tensions really impacted my overall health in a positive way, though down side that my body wants me to rest more. But life requirements stops me from resting enough.

I look forward to helping more people with all the techniques I’ve learnt to improve their health too. In the hope that they will also feel some of the changes I felt and still feel shifting even two weeks later. Which goes to show that with the time it takes our body to knot up, it will also take time to release and readjust. It is super important post-treatment to continue listening to the body’s needs during this transitional time to ensure problems are not regressing due to us going back to compensatory habits that have developed over the months or years that it’s been there.

I am so grateful to be able to share my knowledge gained from all my wonderful instructors for helping patients from all walks of life. 🙏🏻
