Energy Rising by Dr. Julia DiGangi | Neuropsychologist is one of those books that so beautifully captures what I’ve come to believe after years of sitting with people in the therapy room: lasting change isn’t about becoming better at coping or finding ever more sophisticated ways to avoid. It’s about coming home to ourselves, turning towards the feelings we’ve spent a lifetime trying not to feel, and transforming our relationship with them.

I often say to clients that life has a way of conspiring to make us feel the very feelings we least want to feel. It keeps inviting us back until we’re willing to come into relationship with them. Only then can we access our full power.

This book gave me the neuroscience behind that truth. It explains why this happens and, more importantly, how we begin to rise—not by avoiding what hurts, but by changing our relationship with it. That is where real freedom and lasting change begin.

Thank you, Dr. Julia DiGangi | Neuropsychologist , for putting words and science to something that has become so central to the way I work and live. This is a book I’ll be recommending for years to come.

I am in awe of you I DEVOURED this book…. What a feat!

Thank you for opening up this conversation across all the arenas you have explored & set up so far, and now through this extraordinary memoir, enriched with such powerful historical context and remarkably comprehensive research.

Technicolor indeed! 👏👏👏

Not my usual content, but I wanted to share my experience with the brilliant - who very kindly gifted me their NAD+ supplement to try.

Towards the end of an intense period of work earlier this year, I was running on empty and needed a real boost. I started taking Vive NAD+ and what followed wasn’t just a feeling — it showed up in my data too.

I began on Thursday 19th March, and my body responded almost immediately. It was as though it finally had permission to recover properly. Sleep improved first — deeply and consistently. Then came the energy: workouts felt more efficient, my thinking sharpened, and I genuinely felt like myself again.

I can highly recommend. 💤⚡️✨🙏🏼

I couldn’t have imagined back in 2019, when Adam and I went to NYC to take part in the Relational Bootcamp for my certification, that one day I would be co-running this very same workshop with an incredible team in London 💫

I am forever grateful to you for your teaching, for your love and for your belief in me, to for your guidance and support & to my dream team in London .shawn and Damian White without whom I wouldn’t have had the courage to stand up and teach the heroic attendees who showed up for themselves, for those who went before them and for those who follow.✨

Just like yoga or meditation, Relational Living is a practice - a practice I am deeply committed to, and the only way I want to live. Here’s to passing it on to all those it resonates with. 💫

“The most robust predictor of how a child will grow up to thrive, not just survive, is the degree to which that child’s caregivers — the parents — have made sense of their history.”

Oof… brace yourselves 🥹

This deeply moving and affecting memoir is a hugely courageous testament to the power of therapeutic attunement.

I spent the entire book in awe of ‘s bravery and vulnerability throughout her therapeutic journey, and in deep respect for ‘s steady, compassionate presence.

Their work together and the book offer a powerful - and welcome - reframing of the diagnosis of DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder), formerly MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder), through a compassionate and hopeful lens.

An incredibly powerful reminder of the healing that becomes possible when someone is truly felt. ✨

A few years ago, this incredible man —mentor, and teacher—asked me when I was going to start teaching. I dismissed the idea immediately: “I can’t do that.”
He looked at me and simply asked, “Who said that?”

Those words stayed with me.

Over the past few days, I stepped far outside my comfort zone. Lightbulbs 💡 went off, I took my seat and I freed myself from a core belief and passed the test to become a Certified RLT Bootcamp Facilitator.

I couldn’t have done it without the deep respect, warmth, and encouragement of my fellow travellers—my relational champions—who continue to inspire and support me in this work.

Here’s to bringing these transformative skills to more people on this side of the Atlantic. Couldn’t be more proud of myself and my friends & colleagues. Heart full ❤️

Be more Jenner 🧡

As time has passed and as an obituary of this irreplaceable woman was published yesterday in I feel I would like to share what she meant to me, personally.

This incredible woman will remain in my heart and indeed, the heart of my marriage and family, forever more.

It is no exaggeration to say that the love, limits and generosity that Jenner offered us, as a couple, over the past 13 years has steered us through many difficult bumps and without her, I fear we may have fallen off the track at times.

Her ability to “meet you anywhere” without pathology and with deep compassion was not just a skill, it was who she was. She made everything so simple, she took away the drama and helped guide you back home to your own internal knowing. Her wisdom and, at times, firm and loving challenge is what I will hold in me forever more.

I feel deeply grateful that we had all of that time with her and that we got to bask in her presence for as long as we did. I have long had an internal mantra that is “be more Jenner”… I will carry this forward & endeavour to embody it fully.

If you are interested to read the obituary you will see just how many other people she has touched in her lifetime , what a life she led and how much of a legacy she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed. 🧡
