Gold earned. Not gifted. 🥇

A proud moment at the GSBA GB Championship after hard rounds, discipline, and trust in the process.

This reel also includes some highlights from the Doble Baston fights. Moments that tested timing, composure, and heart.

Big thank you to Diana Fauner from Doce Pares / Hybrid FMA for stepping into my corner and becoming my coach for the day. Your support meant a lot. 💐

Road to the Global Stick and Blade Alliance (GSBA) GB Stick Fighting Championship🥢⚔️🏅

Quick stop in Bristol the day before the tournament. Time with family, a walk around, and resetting before battle. 🌇

Sunlight. Grass. Silence.
Sometimes recovery is the real training.☝️✊🙏🏻

Practice makes improvement.
Not every comeback is loud some are built quietly through sweat, patience, and repetition. ☝️✊

Some moments don’t demand effort, only stillness.

In the quiet, the body repairs.
In the light, the mind settles.
In his laughter, I remember what matters.

Healing isn’t loud. It’s patient. It’s present. It’s here.

Started with a simple goal.

So I stepped into the fire.
Traveled to Luton.
New ground.
No introductions.
Straight into the fire.

A fight against one of their best.

No hesitation.
