💔 This is a post we really didn’t want to have to put up…

We’d love to say this was an easy decision to make, but actually, it really was — and that’s what makes it so upsetting.

Week in, week out, we are collecting our soft play equipment and finding it in an unacceptable condition. 😔

Our soft play comes with a rule board, and these rules are there for a reason — to help keep our equipment clean, safe and free from damage.

Unfortunately, we are regularly finding:
• Adult and children’s shoe marks on the equipment — not just the mats
• Dents in our mats from heeled shoes
• Equipment that has clearly been used in ways it shouldn’t be
• Damage that we are then having to repair or replace

We completely understand that soft play is going to get dirty — that’s part of the job, and we’re absolutely fine with normal wear and tear and general mess. ❤️

But some things are becoming ridiculous, and the continued damage to our equipment simply isn’t sustainable.

So, unfortunately, from now on there will be a £50 refundable damage/cleanliness deposit on top of the soft play hire cost.

When we arrive to collect the equipment, if everything is in a satisfactory condition and the rules have been followed, your full £50 will be refunded.

If the equipment has been left damaged, excessively dirty, or the rules have clearly not been followed, the £50 will not be refunded and will go towards the additional cleaning, repairs or replacement of equipment.

We really don’t want to have to do this, but our equipment is our business, and we need to protect it so that we can continue providing our soft play service to all of our lovely customers. 🥺❤️

Please take a moment to read the rule board before using our soft play. It really does make a huge difference.

Thank you to everyone who looks after our equipment and treats it with the care it deserves. We genuinely appreciate you. 🫶
