✨ TALES OF THE FAIRIES… WITH A TWIST ✨

Today’s shoot gave us the most incredible backdrop, and Mother Nature certainly decided to add her own special effects! 🌲🌫️🌧️

Our models arrived as though they were lost in the woods, ready to bring Tales of the Fairies to life… but with a little emmjs twist.

The fog rolled in.
The mist hung between the trees.
The rain came down.

Did it stop us? Absolutely not.

If anything, it made the whole shoot even more magical. The trees, the woodland, the mist and that eerie atmosphere gave us a backdrop you simply couldn’t create in a studio. I count myself incredibly lucky to have somewhere like this to shoot.

And the models? They turned up in force and gave it everything. 💪🧚‍♀️

People sometimes think modelling is easy… “You just stand there and look pretty.”

Not quite! 😂

Cold, wet, muddy, climbing through woodland, holding poses and doing it all while making it look effortless in front of the camera. And let’s not forget the photographers, who will practically climb, crawl, crouch and contort themselves into any position imaginable just to get THE shot. 📸😂

It’s not always glamorous behind the scenes, but THAT is exactly what we love about it.

emmjs shows you the reality of a shoot.
The weather doesn’t always behave.
The conditions aren’t always perfect.
But sometimes… that’s when the magic happens. ✨
