I wanted to share this clip from the porch tiling job I’m doing in Gamston, as it’s just so satisfying watching the charcoal grout flowing into the gaps…Get in touch if your front porch could do with a refresh.
Front porch restoration project on a Mock Tudor house in West Bridgford. Laying new chequerboard mosaic tiles on top of old and damaged tiles, then painting the pillar feet and surrounding edges with matt black acrylic paint. A picture speaks a thousand words…
I laid the new (Period Minton style) porch tiles for this customer last year, then returned this month to complete a full Bay Restorations job on the front of the house. Repairing rotten timber window frames. Restoring sandstone mullions. Removing old paint and unwanted cables and clips from the brickwork. Repainting the entire stonework…I’ll post more details on that soon.

Chunky pristine pallet outside #1 Gertrude Rd (Lady Bay) ready for collection by whoever wants it.
MJ Works - Courtyard refresh. Ripping out rotten deck area, then building new timber slatwall panel section, painting concrete floor and laying decorative slate chippings.
