October is Tyre Safety Month, and as a proud member of road safety charity TyreSafe, we're backing their Act Before You REact campaign.
TyreSafe's new research found that only 6% of drivers could correctly identify the stopping distance in the wet at motorway speeds.
ACT before it matters:
✅ Air pressure: check monthly and before long journeys
✅ Condition: look for cuts, cracks, bulges and anything stuck in the tread
✅ Tread: the legal minimum is 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tyre

Our Robin Hood Half Marathon and Mini Marathon finishers yesterday -13.1 miles through the (Hilly!) streets of Nottingham, all to raise money for Ben - The automotive charity.
Ben supports people across our industry and their families when life gets tough, whether that's their health, their money or their wellbeing. It's a cause that looks after people like us, so it's a fitting one to run for.
And for two of them, Sunday was just the start. Ryan is back at it this coming weekend for the Manchester Half Marathon, and Emma is heading over to the USA to take on the full 26.2 miles at the Chicago Marathon on Sunday 11 October! Good luck guys!

We'd like to say a massive thank you to MKM, and especially Lee Spalding, for their incredible generosity in providing the boards and plywood for our boxing ring refurbishment at Mansfield School of Boxing.
The maintenance of our boxing ring ensures it remains a safe and positive space for the young people and wider community who use it. 🥊
