Andys Man Club Perth

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at ANDYSMANCLUB?

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

How’s your week been?
One positive from your week?
Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, no referrals and no pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.

This week we’re celebrating **9 years of ANDYSMANCLUB Perth!** 👌

Perth opened its doors in **September 2017**, becoming just the **12th ANDYSMANCLUB in the UK**.

Nine years later, those doors are still opening every Monday night, giving men a safe, non-judgemental place to get things off their chest and reminding them that they don’t have to go through the hard stuff alone.

A massive thank you to every facilitator who has given their time over those nine years, everyone who has supported the club, and most importantly, **every man who has had the courage to walk through those doors.**

Perth has been part of the AMC journey from the early days, and you should all be incredibly proud of what the club has achieved and the difference it continues to make.

Here’s to **9 years of talking, listening, supporting and being there for each other** — and plenty more to come. 💙

9 years ago we had our 1st meeting in Scotland and these LEGENDS travelled up from Halifax to help us launch 🚀

After a slow start AMC Perth has grown and grown and have many amazing band of brothers who look after each other 👌❤️

We would like to take this opportunity to thank every man who walks through the door each week and to all of our supporters across Perth and Scotland who continue to help us raise awareness that and help us open more and more groups 🔥🔥

We now have 350+ clubs across the UK and continue to grow week after week with over 7000 men sitting together for a coffee and a chat 👌❤️
