Which do you support, Slaughterhouses or Sanctuaries?
In the morning we watched black metal trucks filled with screaming pigs in the immense heat drive into the slaughterhouse where they were forced into gas chambers 💔😔 In the afternoon we visited The Base Vegan Retreat Animal Sanctuary - an animal sanctuary where animals can rest in the shade or bask in the sun and live happy lives free from exploitation. Which will you support?
You can visit the base retreat and stay in their beautiful Air BnB, meet the animals and see the animal’s individual sense of self-dignity, the place is run by a beautiful family and the energy there is so blissful.
Huge gratitude to Friendsnotfood for organising the vigil outside Pilgrims Slaughterhouse, you can join the vigil and raise your voice against animal abuse.

Tomorrow we are performing some tunes outside Pilgrims slaughter house in BRISTOL BETWEEN 10am-12Noon as part of a vigil for the many sentient animals who will be driven through the gates while we are there. We will stop the music when the pigs arrive so as not to startle them, though sadly they will be forced into gas chambers once inside the slaughter house 😔🐷💔
Come and join us to bear witness to this atrocity and to speak up for the voiceless.
