Buying your first home? Here are 3 tips I wish every buyer knew:
💰Get pre-approved first – It shows sellers you’re serious and gives you a clear budget.
🔦Don’t skip the inspection – Even new-looking homes can have costly hidden issues.
🏘️Think long-term – Look beyond finishes and ask: will this home work for you in 5+ years?

🏡 Inherited a house in Jacksonville or Northeast Florida and wondering, “What do I do with the house—and everything inside?”
Before you start cleaning everything out or spending money on repairs, there are a few things worth considering.
Should you have an estate sale? Could some items need an appraisal? Should you update the house before selling? And what happens if the property is going through probate?
I put together a new guide that walks families through the process and explains where to start.
From the belongings inside to preparing and selling the home, you don't have to coordinate every piece of the transition on your own.
