Wherever the teacher went, he was right behind him, carefully carrying his little tray of tea snacks — making sure teacher didn’t miss out on all the yummy treats he’d prepared. 😂🍵

A few peaceful days in the mountains of China, almost completely off the grid. 🌿
A traditional Chinese courtyard, a lotus pond, beautiful local organic food, and learning to play an ancient Chinese instrument — letting the music calm the mind and restore the Qi.
Living simply, turning inward, and not looking outside for anything.观自在
happiness is simply being present. just feeling Zen🍃.

Wuyi Mountain is a 5A-rated national scenic area in China, and one of the few places recognised by UNESCO as both a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site.
For 10 days, we’ll explore all kinds of flow arts —Poi • Fans • Buugeng • Calligraphy • Music • Dance • Yoga…and plenty of other workshops and creative sessions.

Last weekend, a little dream of mine finally came to life!✨
It was such a lovely coming together of cultures. Tai Chi, calligraphy and the tea ceremony all felt like different forms of flowing art — each bringing its own energy and creating something really special.
A big thanks to Shaolin Temple London and Guernsey Arts for all your support! also thank you who came along and shared the day with us!🙏🏻
