Heavy Rains Trigger Flooding in Parts of Accra

The flooding in Ghana today has been very frightening. The government needs to take urgent action to address poor building layouts and structures erected in waterways and drainage paths. Proper planning and enforcement of regulations are essential to help prevent future disasters and protect lives and property.
