🔥 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘, 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 & 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦! 🔥

On Friday, 21st August 2026, HA Transformation Consult had the privilege of delivering a Capacity Building Training for 30 members of 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐨, 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐚, 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The training focused on three critical areas:

🔹 Internal Capacity – building stronger structures, skills and systems.
🔹 Internal Democracy – promoting participation, accountability and inclusive decision-making.
🔹 Advocacy – equipping members with the knowledge and confidence to effectively engage stakeholders and influence issues that matter to their community.

It was more than a training session.

It was an investment in people. An investment in collective strength. An investment in sustainable development.
