From a humble 15 meter square store office with just 2 staff in North Kaneshie, we have grown through determination, hard work and resilience into a company delivering
residential renovations
corporate office renovations
turnkey structures for banks, government institutions and private clients.

Our journey has not been without challenges from projects and people to management, resources and finances. Every challenge has shaped us, strengthened us and prepared us for the next level.

From a small sole proprietorship registered in 27th August, to a fully established limited liability company positioned to pursue bigger contracts and corporate opportunities, the journey has been remarkable.

JS Construction is proud to reaffirm its commitment to education in Ghana.

As promised at the beginning of the year,

we have officially begun investing in the Ghanaian educational system through impactful initiatives starting with the donation of an industrial printer to the Faculty of Built and Natural Environment at Kumasi Technical University and the launch of a 3-year full scholarship for two female students in construction-related programmes.

This marks the beginning of our 2026 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda, “1% FOR EDUCATION,” where we are dedicating 1% of our contract sums to support education across Ghana.

This is just the start bigger and more impactful support is coming.

2-Day Leadership Transformation Series (Staff Training & Year Preparation)

Over the past two days, our team embarked on a powerful journey of self-development, leadership strengthening, and strategic alignment for the year ahead.

A JS CONSTRUCTION we believe Transformational leaders understand that true business transformation begins with personal transformation.

When leaders commit to growth, discipline, and self-improvement, they naturally inspire those around them to embrace change and align with a shared vision.

This training was not just about skills, it was about mindset, attitude, and purpose.

As we move forward, we are confident that the transformation within each individual will reflect in our collective performance, driving innovation, teamwork, and excellence across all our operations.

Our Admin and Accounts Team recently participated in a powerful session under our Leadership Transformation Series.

We believe that continuous staff training and development is essential to improving efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

As part of this commitment, we regularly organize training sessions to equip our team with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.

Yesterday, it was the turn of our Accounts and Administrative Department, where team members participated in a training session on “Accounting for Non-Accounting Staff.”
