this program is designed to train the youths who have have schooling in senior secondary education and aiming to continue in tertiary level or planning to do anything meaningful in life. Its trainings will include; 1) computer basics, 2) public speaking and leadership skills and 3) career development and counseling.

4th Edition Grand Annual Training Camp Final Session: Interview Practicals! ππΌ
As part of the 4th Edition Grand Annual Training under the After School Training Program (A.S.T.P), camp participants put their preparation to the test in a hands-on Interactive Interview Practical Session at Daddy Jobe Comprehensive School!
Building on our job application strategies, participants took the hot seat in real-time interviews, experiencing authentic panel questions and receiving immediate feedback on their delivery, body language, and professional presence.
Key Drills & Practical Highlights
- Live Interview Panels: Facing typical panel questions, behavioral inquiries, and situational scenarios.
- Refining Executive Presence: Practicing firm handshakes, posture, eye contact, and professional vocal tone.
- Constructive Feedback Loops: Receiving direct, actionable feedback from session evaluators to correct common mistakes.
- Handling High-Pressure Questions: Learning how to pause, structure responses clearly using the STAR framework, and maintain composure under stress.

Learning by Doing: The ASTP Hands-On Outdoor Sales & Entrepreneurship Challenge! πΈποΈ
As part of our outdoor business activities at the 4th Edition Grand Annual Training under the After School Training Program (A.S.T.P), camp participants stepped directly into the shoes of real-world entrepreneurs through an exciting Outdoor Practical Sales Challenge!
Moving beyond classroom theory, participant teams were given a direct task: purchase items, package their offerings, and hit the streets to sell to real customers in the community to gain first-hand experience in business, negotiation, and marketing.
Key Hands-On Business Skills Tested
- Capital Allocation & Sourcing: Budgeting team funds, choosing market-demand products, and negotiating purchase prices with suppliers.
- Persuasion: Approaching prospective buyers outside, delivering compelling sales pitches, and handling real customer objections.
- Customer Relations & Negotiation: Closing sales gracefully, building quick rapport, and managing customer feedback on the spot.
- Profit & Loss Tracking: Calculating profit margins, tracking sales revenue, and analyzing group business performance.
This fast-paced practical exercise pushed our participants out of their comfort zones and instilled true entrepreneurial confidence, grit, and street-smart business tactics.
