A lovely session today’s Good Karma Yoga Day (GKYD) at the studio!

Together we built the connection with our body through yoga, then had a reflection of what we had been through in this year 2022 and closed with our intention for 2023 through meditation.

GKYD will be held on monthly basis, the intention is to built the positive energy and spread the good vibration in togetherness.
