The Recovery Zone

We had the pleasure of having these 2 absolute gentlemen in for a well-needed full recovery session before they take on the huge challenge of running 250km in 5 days from Ashbourne, Meath to Donegal. They are starting tomorrow, Wednesday 27th May from Ashbourne💪

They are doing this incredible challenge to raise funds and, more importantly, awareness for . This challenge is deeply personal to them as it marks the 30th anniversary of losing their mam, Rita, to breast cancer. ❤️

They have already raised nearly €50,000, which is absolutely incredible. Fair play to them for taking on such an amazing challenge and doing so much to support such an important cause 🙌
