We’re absolutely delighted to hear that Hannah Leonard will finally be coming home to her family in just over a week.

Her dad Kevin said that when he told Hannah the news, “she gave me a thumbs up.” ❤️

After being part of the incredible DIY SOS Bray build, hearing that Hannah will soon be home where she belongs makes it all worthwhile.
