Protein Bowl β€œToday’s breakfast is a vegetarian protein bowl with approximately 50 grams of protein.

For the chilla, take 80 grams soaked moong dal and 60 grams besan. Blend the moong dal with ginger, cumin, ajwain, turmeric, coriander and water. Mix with the besan and cook into thin chillas using a small amount of ghee or olive oil.

For the bowl, add the chillas with fresh vegetables such as carrot, cucumber, tomato and leafy greens.

Add pumpkin seeds, h**p seeds and chia seeds for extra protein, fibre and healthy fats.

Then add one cup of fresh seasonal fruit, such as kiwi, strawberries, blueberries or pomegranate.

Serve with fresh mint and coriander chutney.

Ingredients

Moong dal, besan, vegetables, seasonal fruit, pumpkin seeds, h**p seeds, chia seeds, mint, coriander, ginger, cumin, ajwain, turmeric and ghee or olive oil.

Approximate nutrition per serving

Protein: 48–52 g
Fibre: 20–25 g
Carbohydrates: 90–100 g
Fat: 20–25 g
Calories: approximately 750–850 kcal.

This breakfast provides a combination of plant protein, fibre, healthy fats, vegetables and fruit.

✨ AIR FRYER OAT & NUT CRUNCH ✨

A simple, nourishing homemade crunch made with oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds and a touch of honey 🌿

πŸ₯£ INGREDIENTS

β€’ 1 cup oats
β€’ 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
β€’ 2 tbsp almond flakes
β€’ 2 tbsp almond powder
β€’ 1 tbsp honey

πŸ”₯ METHOD

1️⃣ Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, almond flakes and almond powder.

2️⃣ Add honey and mix until lightly coated.

3️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 160Β°C for 3 to 5 minutes.

4️⃣ Spread the mixture evenly in the basket. Avoid overcrowding.

5️⃣ Air fry at 160Β°C for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

6️⃣ Allow to cool completely. The mixture becomes crisp as it cools.

🫐 Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients β€” 1 glass

Β½ cup fresh blueberries

8–10 fresh mint leaves

Β½ lime, juiced

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Ice

100–150 ml sparkling water

Blueberries + mint + lime for garnish

Method

1. Gently muddle blueberries, mint, lime juice and honey.

2. Add ice.

3. Top with sparkling water.

4. Stir gently.

5. Garnish with blueberries, mint and a lime wedge.

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Ice cubes
