Springboard’s parent-assisted class gives children aged 2–3 a joyful introduction to movement.

With their grown-up close by, children can climb, balance, explore and build confidence in a warm, playful environment. It’s a lovely opportunity to enjoy special time together while helping your child develop important physical and social skills.

Gymstars is beginning a new chapter!

After many wonderful years, Gymstars Gymnastics has now closed.

I’m delighted to introduce Springboard Kids—a new children’s movement programme created especially for children aged 2–8.

Springboard uses fun, high-energy gymnastics-based exercises to help children build strength, coordination, confidence and a love of being active.

Although Springboard is a new and different programme, this Page will remain the place to follow our journey, receive updates and hear about available classes.

✨ Once upon a time, the Belles of the Ball took to The Floor and brought the magic to life 🪄✨ .With grace, confidence and plenty of fairytale charm, they delivered a truly enchanting performance. We are so proud of all our gymnasts for their hard work, dedication, and teamwork. Congratulations on a beautiful performance at the National Indoor Arena today, worthy of any storybook ending! 🌟
