This 💜🧡

Our kids are not "mini me's", they are their own individual person who deserves to be listened to and respected 💜🧡 At Freestyle, every child is met where they're at - not where we think they "should" be. That's when real connection happens, trust is built, and confidence naturally follows progress 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♂️💃🏃‍♂️ At Freestyle we learn from each other 🤩

💜🧡💜 One for all and all for one 🙂

I do love a Freestyle Kids Fitness birthday bash and had a wonderful time celebrating Maisie's 10th birthday on Sunday at Glenasmole Community Centre - one of my favourite venues 🧡💜

If your child would like a birthday party with a difference, get in touch - Freestyle offers a wide variety of activities to suit every kid and their friends! 🥳🤩

Any venue in Dublin or surrounding counties catered for 💯💥

Happy Harmomy Day 🧡

Happy Mother's Day 💜

And remember - Freestyle Kids Fitness was created by a mom and is run by a mom...so your children are always in the best of hands - I treat each one with the respect and care they all deserve 😍

Have a wonderful day! 🧡
