Nobody is too unfit to start. The whole point of training is to become fitter.
What matters is the dose.
A good doctor does not prescribe the strongest thing on the shelf for a headache. A good coach does not hand a beginner a session written for someone five years ahead.
At FORM you start exactly where you are. The plan meets you there and moves with you.

The first step at FORM is a Complimentary Consultation.
30 to 45 minutes with a coach. We talk about your health, your history, what has worked, what has not, and what you want the next year to look like.
Then we tell you plainly whether FORM is the right fit.
If it is, we build your plan. If it is not, we point you somewhere better.

Four people. One coach. Your own programme.
That is semi-private training at FORM.
Small enough that your coach sees every rep. Shared enough that it makes sense as a long term investment, not a short term fix.
Nobody guessing. Nobody copying the person beside them.

Consistency is not a personality trait. It is a system.
At FORM, the system is simple: a programme written for you, a coach beside you for every session, and a review every 30 days to make sure it is still the right plan.
You do not have to be disciplined. You have to show up.
We take care of the rest.

The lat pulldown is more than just an upper-body exercis. It's a key movement for building strength, improving posture, and creating a solid foundation for everyday life.

Strengthening your lats helps you:
Improve pulling strength
Support better posture and shoulder health
Make lifting, carrying, and everyday movements easier
Build confidence inside and outside the gym

Strong isn't about looking a certain way, it's about what your body is capable of.

Keep showing up, keep getting stronger.

It’s never just been about the gym.

It’s about walking into a place where people know your name, notice when you’re there, and check in when you’re not.

Where coaches care about more than your reps and sets, and where the people around you want to see you do well.

Training is just the starting point.

The real difference is the community behind it.❤️

An amazing 6 weeks of hard work and consistency 👏

Over 6 weeks:

⬇️ Body fat percentage reduced
⬆️ Muscle mass increased
⬆️ Strength, fitness, and confidence improved

This is why progress is about much more than just a number.

Building muscle while reducing body fat is one of the best things you can do for long term health, confidence, and overall fitness.

A brilliant result so far and we’re only getting started 💪

Most people training hard are missing the other half of the equation.

You can push intensity all you want. If your nervous system can’t downshift, you don’t recover, you don’t adapt, and eventually you stall.

On Saturday 4th July, Keith Bradley of joins us at FORM for a 90-minute session on breathwork and strength.

You’ll learn how to use your breath to brace under load, settle between efforts, and switch off the stress response that most busy adults are stuck in all day.

This isn’t a yoga class. It’s practical work you can take into your training and the rest of your week.

Saturday 4th July, 11am. 90 minutes. FORM, Killarney.
