Sometimes we all need a little extra support 🌸

Taking the time to prioritise your wellbeing is one of the greatest investments you can make.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, support your nervous system, find greater balance, release emotional blocks, or simply take some time to reconnect with yourself, each session is tailored to meet your individual needs.

One-to-one holistic therapy sessions provide a gentle, personalised approach to supporting your overall wellbeing.

Appointments are available in Adare, Lattin, Kilkishen and Camp. If it’s more convenient, home visits are also available.

If you’d like to learn more about the therapies available, have a look at the Holistic Sessions section on my Facebook or Instagram pages. If you have any questions, or would simply like to chat about what may best support you, please feel free to get in touch. 🌸

You've probably heard the term Sound Healing… but what actually happens during a session? In this clip, we answer one of the most common questions: What is Sound Healing, and how does it affect the body? Using instruments such as symphonic gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, hang drums, and the sea drum, sound creates vibrations that interact with the body on a deep cellular level. Natural sounds, like ocean waves, can help synchronize the brain's hemispheres, while the vibrations from the gongs support the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system—the part responsible for rest, recovery, and relaxation. It's one small piece of a much bigger conversation about wellbeing, stress, and the incredible impact sound can have on our lives. 💬 Comment SOUND HEALING if you'd like the link to the full interview. I'd love to hear your thoughts: Have you ever experienced a sound that instantly made your body feel calmer? sound healing • gong bath • Tibetan singing bowls • nervous system • stress relief • relaxation • holistic wellbeing • meditation • vibrations • wellness #SoundHealing #GongBath #Wellbeing #StressRelief #HolisticHealth 02/08/2026
