🥊 Well done to everyone at training tonight our last session of the week!
We’ve had a busy week so fair play to everyone for showing up and putting in the work. A special well done to the seniors. We tried something different tonight with a tough session and a few new things and everyone got through it brilliantly.
Great effort all round. Enjoy the weekend! 👊

🥊 A VERY SPECIAL NIGHT AT MALLOW BOXING CLUB 🥊

We had the great pleasure of welcoming Cork boxing legend Gary “Spike” O’Sullivan to our club tonight and what a privilege it was to have him with us.
Gary was a true gentleman. He spent so much time answering questions, doing pads with every boxer in the club and posing for endless photographs. He gave everyone his full attention and was absolutely brilliant with all our young boxers.
The excitement and happiness on the children’s faces said it all. Getting the opportunity to meet a true Cork boxing legend and do pads with him is something they will remember for the rest of their lives.
Thank you so much, Gary, for giving us so generously of your time and making tonight so special.
