A brilliant night at the eComm Live Awards for Scatter Box & Mitso! 🏆
We were delighted to receive two Highly Commended awards for:

For a small business with a small team, being nominated alongside some of the biggest and most well-known brands in the country was a huge achievement in itself. To then come away with two Highly Commended awards was something we were incredibly proud of.

How do you mix patterns without making a room feel too busy?
The secret is not to match everything. It’s to find the thread that connects it all. ✦
Print Maxxing is the art of layering florals, botanicals, abstracts, colour and texture to create a home that feels collected over time, expressive, personal and entirely your own.
Start with one print you love, then build the story around it.
Pick out two or three colours to carry through the scheme.
Mix the scale of your patterns, pair a larger painterly floral with something smaller or more abstract.
Then give the eye somewhere to rest with tactile plains, velvet, linen or woven textures.
Because your cushions don’t have to match.
They just need to belong together.

How do you measure your window for curtains? ✦
Beautiful curtains can completely change how a room feels, adding softness, warmth, colour and texture. But before choosing the perfect design, there’s one important detail to get right: the measurements.
For Scatter Box eyelet curtains, start by measuring your curtain pole, not the window, excluding the finials.
Then remember three things:
✦ Measure the usable width of your curtain pole
✦ Allow approximately 1.5–2× the pole width for beautiful, natural fullness
✦ Measure your drop from the top of the pole to where you’d like your curtains to finish
And always measure twice before ordering.
