ROCO Apprentice & Demo Day at Coral Plant & Agri! 💪

A great opportunity to get our apprentices out on the machines for some hands-on experience with the ROCO range.

From getting up close with the machinery to learning more about how they operate, it was a great day of practical learning, product knowledge and plenty of ROCO action. 🖤💛

Meet Jonathon McGovern – Engineering Manager

Johnny joined ROCO with over 20 years of experience in the crushing, screening and materials processing industry, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and leadership to the business.

With an impressive educational background in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by studies at Smurfit Business School, Johnny combines strong engineering knowledge with strategic business insight. His experience has been instrumental in driving innovation, product development and engineering excellence across the company.

Based at ROCO's headquarters, Johnny leads our team of senior and junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation, continuous improvement and practical problem-solving are at the heart of every project. His leadership ensures that every ROCO hybrid electric machine is designed and developed to meet the highest standards of performance, reliability and efficiency.

Johnny's passion for engineering and commitment to mentoring the next generation of talent continue to strengthen ROCO's reputation for delivering innovative solutions to customers around the world.

Meet Brian Mc Ardle, our Production & Quality Manager.

With over 10 years of industry experience and a background in process engineering and quality management, Brian plays a vital role in ensuring every ROCO machine is built to the highest standards. His focus on continuous improvement and empowering his team helps drive efficiency across our production operations while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
