Ye puraani yaade jo bas tasveero me simat ke reh gyi
In tasveero me kayi kavitaye kaid hai
Kyi gaane kaid hai
Kyi baate, kyi ehsaas kaid hai
Kaid hai wo meri prakarati ko pyaar se dekhne wali nazre
Aur un nazro ke peeche chhupa mera hi ek alag sa roop
Kaid hai wo kisse wo baate jo main khud se aur un hawao se un paid baageecho se karta tha jo bas ab in tasveero me simat kar kahi reh gye
Aaj beete kal ki wo yaad in tasveeron me samne aa gyi
Jinhe dekhkar ek nyi kavita ne janam liya ..
