AFSANA

A different genre is Sufi-Qawwaali which is always been very famous and interesting since a long !! But now a days, it's more a commercialized and the authentic essence is reduced somehow. We are working on this and trying to improvise with classical punch even regional folk punch like Punjabi, Rajasthani or Bengali Baul folk. We strongly taking forward Sufism and Qawwaali from a particular attire based performance to a mixed tuned music. With Harmonium, Tabla, the vocalists sing but to make it filled, our Guitarist plays an important role here. with all the instruments when our Vocalists start singing it will take you to another world. Basically Sufism portrays the way of an eternal love towards Almighty, and here along with songs, music you'll feel another layer to your soulful minds. Sometimes Qawwaali songs are confused with Romantic songs. But the songs have dual meanings that's why people thinks with any individual perspective whether it's a devotional or a romantic number. Sometimes romantic songs are sung in Qawwaali format and they are just famous. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan is renowned as Most Important Qawwal and his Qawwaali influence us to perform in a authentic way. Try us to get the essence of our small effort which connects the religions of the whole world.
