For Janmashtami, a little Krishna through the eyes and brushes of my students. 💙
Over the years, I’ve watched so many different interpretations of Krishna come to life in my studio. The flute, the peacock feather, Radha, the lotus, that unmistakable blue : all@familiar elements, but no two students ever paint them quite the same way.
And that, for me, is the joy of teaching. I may teach the technique, but eventually every student has to find their own hand.
These are a few of their beautiful interpretations over the years.
Happy Janmashtami. 🪈🦚

Coffee, but make it porcelain. ☕️
This collection brings together two very different pieces : a playful set of hand-painted coffee cups and saucers in pink, green and lustre and a hand-painted coffee pot in turquoise, with botanical details, layered colour and metallic accents.
The coffee pot combines painted botanical motifs with lustre and metallic detailing, finished with an ornate lid and bands. The coffee set uses layered lustres and painted details to create that gorgeous reflective finish and because each piece is painted individually, every one has its own little variations.
Functional porcelain, hand-painted from start to finish, and made to be used rather than kept behind glass.
Available for purchase. DM for the catalogue / prices.
