ACAR shaping policy and programs of Maharashtra particularly on the issues focusing most marginalized. ACAR’s role within that landscape is to contribute to a vision of informed policy for a better Maharashtra. This means to achieve policy impact through producing evidences for policy making and train cadres for advocacy & lobbying. To ensure policy impact, the research need to be relevant on contemporary issues and make accessible and brought to the attention of policy makers and social activists. Vision:
