🍑💪 Did you know? Dried Apricots pack a powerful punch!

Per serving by weight, Dried Apricots contain more than TWICE the potassium of fresh bananas. This makes them an absolute powerhouse for your fitness and wellness journey!

Whether you are lifting heavy weights at the gym, going for a brisk morning walk, or just keeping up with a busy day, your muscles rely heavily on potassium to function properly.

✨ Why is Potassium a Game-Changer?

Prevents Fatigue & Cramps: Low potassium can cause sudden muscle weakness and tiring cramps during or after a strenuous workout.

Supports Heart Health: It acts as a vital electrolyte that naturally regulates fluid balance, relaxes blood vessel walls, and maintains healthy blood pressure.

Concentrated Nutrition: The natural drying process gently removes water, leaving behind a highly concentrated source of dietary fiber, antioxidants, and beta-carotene for healthy aging.

💡 Truahaar Serving Tip for Steady Energy:

Enjoy a sensible portion of 4 to 6 dried apricots as a quick post-workout snack, or grab a handful of our premium TRUAHAAR Hexaratna 6-in-1 Jewel Mix to get a perfect, satisfying combination of healthy fats, fiber, and essential minerals!

(Always remember to wash your dry fruits in warm water for 5 minutes before eating!)

Saudi Arabia has implemented new regulations restricting the sale of certain items in small grocery stores and minimarts, known as "baqalas".
Banned Items:
Small stores are now prohibited from selling items such as dates, meat, fruits, vegetables, sh**ha, and to***co products (including regular and electronic ci******es).
Reasoning:
This decision is part of a broader initiative to modernize the retail sector, enhance food safety standards, and protect consumers.
Permitted Sales:
The banned items can now only be purchased from larger retail outlets like modern supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Store Size Requirements:
The new regulations also introduce minimum size requirements for different store types: 24 square meters for grocery stores, 100 square meters for supermarkets, and 500 square meters for hypermarkets.
Implementation:
The new rules are effective immediately, although existing small stores have been granted a six-month grace period to comply with the changes.
