Il fronte di questo palazzo ciclopico, aggettivo che va ricercato non tanto nella sua dimensione quanto nell'oculo solitario sul timpano, pur dichiaratamente neocaotico non riesce a mascherare la sua radice ribellenistica, riconoscibile nel rifiuto dell'ordine costituito. Edificio abusivo, nel senso che per comprenderlo si deve fare abuso di sostanze stupefacenti, trova la sua cifra stilistica nel marmo policromo dalle tonalità tipiche dello Stile Daltionico, cosí chiamato perché solo chi non distingue i colori può approvare tali abbinamenti cromatici

The façade of this cyclopic building—an adjective justified not so much by its size as by the solitary oculus in the pediment—despite its avowedly neo-chaotic nature, fails to conceal its rebellious roots, made evident in its rejection of the order. Progetto realizzato in ottemperanza al vincolo di tutela del paesaggio, alla voce "elementi di mitigazione" approvati dalla Sovrintendenza. L'elemento green si staglia con tiglio deciso sulla nuova facciata, cosí da nasconderne sia i balconi che le putenda.
A livello progettuale la pianta è leggibile anche nel prospetto, mentre in sezione si puó vedere l'età dell'edificio. Nel realizzarlo il progettista non si è fatto prendere in castagno ed ha usato l'albero di fronte quale riferimento progettuale. Infine lo stile, spoglio, frugale, privo di vita apparente, sta a segnalare che il bene non è fruttifero

Se a livello edilizio non vi è nessun dubbio che si tratti di un ballatoio, a livello di linguaggio e stile le teorie invece si contrappongono tra chi lo esalta ipotizzando un'origine antica, persino arabesque, e chi invece getta fandango definendolo un banale assemblè in salsa cinesica.
