We are a passionate group of Organization Development (OD) professionals dedicated to improving and evolving our professional value to our organizations, our community and to each other through sharing of experiences, education, and solutions to today’s OD challenges. We offer monthly meetings and events rich in learning and networking opportunities in which we explore cutting-edge organization development practices and solutions, as well as visionary Thought Leadership helping us plan for tomorrow. We have many opportunities to learn, teach and share both experience and talent in a forum that is collegial and engaging. Our Annual Sharing Day Conference, a full day of presentations and several keynote speakers, is one of the largest and most well attended OD learning events in the country. We have been quoted as being one of the best “values” in terms of learning and collaboration in the tri-state area.
