Thank you to everyone who came to say goodbye to Paul yesterday and stood by me. Seeing all your faces meant more than you will ever know. I honestly don’t think you realise how much strength you gave me on a day I never wanted to face. 💔

Thank you to everyone who messaged, called and checked in. Every single message means so much and helps me more than I can say.

Paul and I were private people and he absolutely hated Facebook, but sometimes I think it really can be a wonderful thing. Knowing so many people care has helped me through these awful days.

Thank you to my family for being my rock and to my girls for keeping things going at work 🩷
Special thank you to Ruby 🩷

And then there are these four little angels… 🐾💙🩷💙🩷
They haven’t left my side. When I shut that door at night and it’s just me, Paul’s not here and the house is so quiet, they are there. They don’t know why I’m crying, but they stay with me anyway.

I honestly don’t know how I would have got through this without them. 🙏

The Dog Cabin will be closed on Friday 11th September as we say goodbye to my wonderful Paul. 💔

Everyone who knew Paul is very welcome to join us.

Carleton at 2pm.

There is no dress code — please just come as you are.

Family flowers only, please.

If you would like to make a donation in Paul’s memory, we would be grateful for donations to Cancer Research UK and Homeless Hounds.

Thank you for all your love, kindness and support at this incredibly difficult time.
